Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria:- Eligible applicants applying for the position of GDMO Sub-cadre should have MBBS degree from a recognized university completion of compulsory rotating internship.
Candidate Salary detail:- Rs 15600 – 39100/- Per Month
Grade Pay:- Rs 5400/-
Age Limit (In yrs.):- The age of the eligible applicant applying for the position of GDMO Sub-cadre should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 35 years.
Selection Process:- The selection of the applicant applying for the position of GDMO Sub-cadre will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview.
Application fee:- Interested and eligible applicants applying for any position of GDMO Sub-cadre are required to pay application fee Rs 320/- for general categories candidates and Rs 270/- for schedule caste categories candidates (SC) / schedule tribe categories candidates (ST). Applicants should be paid by cash at the reception counter of Mizoram public service commission office or by depositing into the treasury under the head – 0051 – PSC, 102-state PSC (Examination fee etc.) or by un-crossed Indian postal order (IPO) drawn in the favor of Secretary, Mizoram public service commission.
How to apply:- Interested and eligible applicants applying for any position of GDMO Sub-cadre may send their application along with attested copies of IPO / Challan form . HSLC certificate / mark sheets / caste certificate and other relevant certificates to the office of Deputy commissioner, Mizoram Public service commission, New Secretariat complex, Aizwal on or before 19th May 2017.

Public service commission is a government agency that is constituted by legislature to regulate the employment and working condition of civil servants oversee hiring and promotions and promote the values of the public service. Its role is roughly analogous to that of the human resourse department in corporation.
Articles 315 to 323 in part XIV of the constitution of India provides for the establishment of Public service commission f=for the union and a public service commission for each state. The same set of articles of the constitution also deal with the composition / appointment and removal of members power and function and independence of a pubic service commission. Union public service commission to conduct examination for recruitment to all India services and higher Central services and to advise the president on disciplinary matters. State public service commission in every state to conduct examination for recruitment to state services and to advice the Governer on disciplinary basis.
