SSC (Education):- 18 vacancies

  • Educational Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of SSC (Education) should have M.Sc. / B.Sc. / MA / BE / B.Tech in relevant engineering.
  • Pay Scale:- Rs 56100 – 110700/- Per Month
  • Selection Instruction:- The selection of the candidates applying for the position of SSC (Education) will be on the basis of SSB interview.
  • Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the position of SSC (Education) should be born between 2nd January 1994 and 1st July 1998.

PC (Logistics):- 20 vacancies

  • Educational Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of PC (Logistics) should have BE / /B.Tech / MBA / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.Sc with PG Diploma / MCA / M.Sc. (IT).
  • Pay Scale:- Rs 56100 – 110700/- Per Month
  • Selection Instruction:- The selection of the candidates applying for the position of PC (Logistics) will be on the basis of SSB interview.
  • Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the position of PC (Logistics) should be born between 2nd January 1994 and 1st July 1999.

How to apply:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position may apply online through official website of Indian Navy www.joinindiannavy.co.in from 20th January 2018 to 10th February 2018.

Important Dates:-

  • Starting date for the submission of application form is 20th January 2018.
  • Last date for the submission of application form is 10th February 2018.

General Instruction:-

  1. Ministry of Defence reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cut off percentage.
  2. No communication will be entertained on this account.
  3. Shortlisted applicants will be informed about their selection for SSC interview on their e-mail or through SMS.
  4. SSB interview will be conducted in two stages.
  5. Applicants recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will be appointed for training as per all India merit depending on the number of vacancies.
  6. Change of SSB Centre for interview is not permissible under any circumstance.
  7. Any correspondence regarding change of SSB dates be addressed to the call up officer of the SSB on receipt of call up letter.
  8. No compensation will be paid in respect of any injury sustained as a result of tests.
  9. Ac-3 teir rail is admissible for the SSC interview, if appearing for the first time for that type of commission.
  10. Only Indian national are eligible for this position.

The 17th century Maratha emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj os considered as the father of the Indian navy.
