- Applicant should have passed Graduate in law from a recognized university.
- Applicants must be a permanent resident of the state of Assam and has to submit document in proof in the event of selection.

Age Limit (In yrs.):- The age of the eligible applicantapplying for the position of grade IIIshould nor less than 18 years and should not be more than 35 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 29th November 2016.
