Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria:- Eligible applicants applying for the position of Assistant Director should have first class of master of fisheries science or a first class degree of M.Tech in Aqua Cultural engineering or a first class degree of M.Sc. with zoology / Fisheries / Ighthyology / marine biology / biological science.
Candidate Salary detail:- Rs 37100 – 91450/- Per Month
Age Limit (In yrs.):- The age of the eligible applicant applying for the position of Assistant Director should have attained the age of 18 years and should not be more than 42 years of age. The age of the applicant should be as on 1st July 2016. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in the accordance with the orders issued by the government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
Mode of Selection:- The selection of the eligible applicant applying for the position of Assistant Director will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview.

Application fee:- Interested and eligible applicants applying for the position of Assistant Director are required to pay application fee Rs 250/- towards online application processing fee and Rs 120/- towards examination fee to be paid by online through net banking / credit card / debit card. Schedule caste categories candidates / schedule tribe categories candidates / backward class categories candidates / physically handicapped categories candidates / un-employed categories candidates in the age group of 18 and 46 years categories candidates belonging to Telangana state are exempted from examination fee.
NOTE:- Further application form and attendance sheet can also be typed out or downloaded from commission website and it can be send through post enclosing required fee in the form of demand draft / Indian postal order (IPO) in the favor of Arunachal Pradesh public service commission, Itanagar. Age Relaxation:- The upper age relaxation to the applicants applying for the position of Assistant Director is only for the following special categories:-
i) 5 years for candidates belonging to Schedule caste (SC) categories candidates.
ii) 5 years for candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe (ST) categories candidates.
iii) 3 years for candidates belonging to Other Backward class (OBC) categories candidates.
